Phillip McKay, Missing from Manitoba since 2003.

 This is Phillip McKay:

Phillip was 33 years old when he was last seen leaving Berens River, Manitoba by commercial fishing vessel on June 3rd, 2003. Phillip was working as an assistant to a fisherman and intended to collect their fishing nets Sandy Bar Bay. Their net got stuck in one of their engine propellers and pulled the boat down. 2 large waves followed and capsized the boat, sending both men into the ocean. Though the fisherman was rescued and treated for shock, Phillip has never been rescued. Both men were wearing "oilers" when capsized that made it difficult to swim. Phillip is presumed to have drowned and he remains missing.
