John Doe is thought to have been between the ages of 35 and 50 when his body was found floating in the Willamette River near the McCormick Pier Apartments in Portland, Oregon on July 10th, 1995. He is believed to have been deceased for a matter of weeks. He remains unidentified.

Description: John Doe was 6'0 and 170 pounds. He had black hair with some greying and his eye color could not be determined. He was found wearing the following clothing: LEVI's brand jeans, heavy white athletic socks with red stripes around the tops, waist-length leather jacket with a geometric design across the chest, canvas khaki colored shirt size L, V-neck white t-shirt size XL, Hanes brand "Bill Blass" heavy cable knit cream colored sweater with a window pane design, maroon "NORDSTROM" briefs size L, and motorcycle boots.
Tribal Information: As John is unknown, so are his people. He is believed to be white with possible indigenous ancestry.
