This is Harold Joseph Light:
Harold was 33 years old when he was last seen on his skiff in the Chilkat River near Klukwan in Juneau, Alaska on July 23rd, 1993. The skiff is known to have capsized and Harold is presumed to have drowned. He has never been recovered and Harold remains missing.
