Kenneth was 22 years old when he was last seen aboard a skiff that later capsized near the Eastern Channel in the Aleutkina Bay in Sitka, Alaska on June 25th, 1986. One of the men on the boat was able to swim to a rock off Boidarkin Island and be rescued by a passing boat. Kenneth and another man named Timothy Moffit remain missing.
