This is Charmaine "Gina" Desa:

Charmaine was 20 years old when she was found bludgeoned to death in Beaver Hills House Park in Edmonton, Alberta on July 25th, 1990. She is a mother to two children and she and her siblings were survivors of Canada's 60's scoop. Gina talked about possibly becoming a veterinarian and raising her children away from the violence she knew growing up. Gina's family remains active in advocacy for Missing and Murdered Relatives and her murder remains unsolved.
