This is William Donald "Foxy" Fosseneuve:
William was 21 years old when he was last seen with Raymond Sewap and another individual aboard a boat in Amisk Lake, Saskatchewan on June 18th, 1983. While the men were on their way to Denare Beach they encountered turbulent waters, causing William to fall overboard. Raymond dove into the water to rescue him, and both men have never been seen since. William remains missing.
