This is Roger Allan Keesick:
Roger was 33 years old when he was last known by family to be working at a fishing lodge outside of Winnipeg, Manitoba on May 15th, 1986. When authorities investigated they found though he intended to go to the lodge he never actually arrived. Roger is handy with woodworking and renovating and associated closely with folks living on the streets. He remains missing.
