Allan was 36 years old when he was last seen in the area of the 900 block of Oliver Road in Thunder Bay, Ontario on July 28th, 2022 at approximately 1:30pm. Allan was missing previously in 2018 but was recovered. There are few details available in his case and Allan remains missing.

Description: Allan was between 5'10 and 5'11 and 160 pounds at the time of his disappearance. He has short, black hair and brown eyes. He had a bruised or swollen eye at the time. He was last seen wearing a black baseball cap, a black long-sleeve t-shirt, dark blue pants, and carrying a black duffle bag as well as a black wheeled duffle bag.
